Is Eazfuscator.NET reliable?

Who has used Eazfuscator.NET?
I have big doubts about it. Does he send the code to his servers?
My sniffing attempts turned up nothing.

And what does he transmit something that you cannot decipher? Or what? Deny him access to the network and that's all.

Used Eazfuscator.NET a couple of years ago on a winforms project. He didn't send anything. But he was noticed for not quite correct renaming of methods of private classes that implement public interfaces. I hope he has improved since then.
