How to attach a domain to the cargocollective platform?

Hello!
There is a site cargocollective.com/mashazakharova and a domain owned by me mashazakharova.com .
When registering a domain in cargocollective.com, I fill in the fields https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B4BmSi2beILxMlRH... . I bought the domain first on wix out of stupidity, then it turns out that it doesn’t need to be used in circle sites, so I transferred it to nic.ru
Then an email comes from cargocollective:

From the letter it follows that it is impossible to edit DNS on nic.ru. What should I do in this case? Where could I be wrong?

bought a domain, buy hosting (where your site will be stored)
and on free hosting (where you had)
they won’t let you transfer
