I wondered if it was possible to output sound from the Asus RT-N10U B router without external sound cards to speakers using a usb-3.5mm adapter, or is it still unrealizable?

Well, purely theoretically - a router like it works on a special version of Linux, formally it is possible to work with usb audio devices on custom firmware, but I strongly doubt that such firmware exists. It's better for you to contact specialized forums - about dd-wrt, open-wrt, etc.
