Is a NAS server for a small office with a 1C file base a working option?

There is an office with a local network for 3 clients and a separate PC with a 1C file base. The load on the database is low, backups are made sometimes, the Internet in the office is slow and unstable. There is a desire to increase the fault tolerance of the base (budget 20 thousand rubles). Will a NAS server on RAID1 be suitable for this? I'm not strong in 1C, but as I understand it, it's enough to share a folder in NAS and register new paths to the database in clients. I will not implement it, I just need to know the possibility of such an option. Or are there other options for the same budget?

@Znardi

File 1Cv8.1CD - 1.3 GB, 1C-Enterprise, 3 users maximum, network 100Mbps, NAS on two disks (probably better to install an SSD?). The NASa model or its characteristics are better. You advise me within 20 thousand rubles.
