How to import from 1C using XML without overwriting data?

There is an XML file in which the unloading is in 1C format (it contains data on the movement of money at the checkout).
I upload a file to 1C 8.3 through the universal XML data exchange (standard processing 1C 8.3).
I open it in 1C and change the DDS articles in some postings.
When you re-import the XML file, all changes are lost. How can I import into 1C so that the data is not overwritten?
