Is a layout designer, designer and front-end developer the same profession now?

Looking at vacancies, sometimes you wonder what the requirements are for a trainee/junior. But at the same time, the boundaries are quite blurred. Now it's all one position? Or I'm wrong?

A designer is a designer. A pure visual, often not even understanding how it will be laid out.
Typesetter - well, to say that this is a profession is somehow not even entirely true. Although there are virtuosos who benefit from deep immersion in the topic, knowledge of the nuances and speed of work. Sometimes it is needed in this form, well, there is a demand for such monsters.
The frontender is more of a combination of layout designer and ZhSer. Usually, knowledge of 1-2 serious frameworks / libraries is required, and la vue, react, angular ... Well, webpack sass loess to the heap.
So no, they are different specializations.
