How to properly get a job?

The essence of the situation is this.
I passed the interview, I'm applying for a remote job as a Bitrix programmer.
The company has set the following conditions:
Trial period of two months. After the probationary period, the execution of the contract.
A question for experienced people:
- in the case of registration under a work contract, will the length of service be accrued and deductions made to the pension fund?
- how to document the probationary period? It turns out that for the first two months I will work, in fact, on the basis of an unfounded agreement. Set a counter condition requiring the conclusion of an agreement before the start of the probationary period?

All of the following for the Russian Federation. In the rest of the former parts of the USSR, it is similar, but may differ:
1. Actually, the correct contract is not a work contract , but an employment contract. There are fundamental differences between them. In particular, under a work contract, you are not required to pay vacation pay and sick leave.
2. Actually, there is a concept of a probationary period in the legislation, which implies official registration immediately , for another probationary period - and this is official and correct. After the probationary period, you may not be hired for a permanent job, but the probationary period passes anyway with the contract.
3. A contract for the accounting department of the employer, if you are not an individual entrepreneur - an extra hemorrhoids. Most likely, you will be required to register as an individual entrepreneur (IP) and the contract will not be with you as an individual, but with you as an individual entrepreneur.
4. If without an individual entrepreneur - tax issues, these are questions of the company hiring you, it will pay taxes for you. If there are tax issues with individual entrepreneurs, these are your questions, you yourself will be obliged to pay them.
If you are still satisfied with the contract, then here's about it:

no need to worry.
You will most likely be paid 2 times a month - according to the standard. And even without a contract, you do not risk anything (except for not receiving money in 2 weeks, if they specifically want to scam you.

The contract will specify who will be the tax agent, by default this is the employer and he is obliged to pay all taxes for you, unless the contract says otherwise
