some sample questions were given in Hacker magazine.
there are examples of entrance exams to ShAD on Yandex, there are similar topics nearby.
in general, you need to know mathematics (all!), algorithms, programming, have a broad outlook and be able to solve non-standard problems, adapt to any difficult conditions and technologies, then everything will be good
