What are the click statistics accounting systems like adriver?

There is a need to take into account impressions and clicks on banners and links on our site. What are ready-made solutions so as not to write your own.
Ideally, the system should have an API that can be used to collect and analyze statistics for integration into our admin panel.
Found adriver, in general, the solution is suitable, but their domain is cut by adblock, I think because of the ad letters in the domain.
And I thought about using i.metrics for this purpose, has anyone tried it?
