Good afternoon. At the moment I am doing a one-page + store for a pawnshop network. The customer says that the site and the information contained on it are subject to strict requirements for the sites of financial organizations, for example, it is forbidden to talk about their competitive advantages, etc., while referring to the law on advertising.
In the law "On Advertising", except for the condition that the advertisement must contain the name of the company providing the services, I did not find it.
Tell me, please, if there are any requirements and restrictions for the websites of financial organizations and online stores. Preferably with links to documents.
