How not to be responsible for the content created on the site by users?

We have an Internet portal where everyone can upload their pictures and videos. How does VK, Instagram, YouTube and others.
We cannot be held responsible for their actions and cannot review all incoming content. Even if you moderate it. But a claim for copyright infringement will fly to us, as I understand it? What should be written in the contract so that the claim is sent to the people who post it, and not to us, as an intermediary? How are such situations handled?

DMCA and analogues,
but anyway, you will have to moderate the trash,
but for the sale - they will take it right away for the balls, here you can’t mimic for file sharing

" Guys, I want to open an apartment for everyone, so that they pay me for rent, but they can arrange a brothel or a brothel there (and they will arrange it), how can I excuse myself while continuing to receive income? ".
Answer: moderate incoming content.
And yes, you will be responsible for the content YOU store. It is not the user who stores it, but you, yeah.
Copyright holders and RKN usually send you an angry letter first, and if you don't fix the problem, it will be worse. That is, there will be time.
