How can a startup from Russia open a company abroad?

We did not think that this would be such a non-trivial task.
Just to clarify, we don't really want to do this on our own. A great option would be to give this task to some company that specializes in this, along the way, give them all the bureaucratic processes necessary to maintain this company, so that we only deal with our product and do not think about these things.
We started looking for a solution, of course, with Google. There immediately opened a hundred links to sites offering to quickly and cheaply open a company abroad. In the process of communicating with many of them, it became clear that they all look somehow not very solid. We had no desire to trust them to work with our documents. The first 5 lines are occupied by the site https://internationalwealth.info,we were immediately offered a "great" turnkey option for 40,000 euros somewhere offshore on the other side of the world.
But we do not want to start a business offshore. Reputation will still be useful to us. We would have some Estonia or England.
In short, the question is generally where should we go and what should we google? There are companies like PwC, Deloitte, etc. - here they look solid, but I'm not even sure that they deal with such issues (the question has already been sent to them, we are waiting for an answer). If they are not involved in opening firms abroad, then who is? Is there anyone besides these strange sites from the top 10 google search results?
Or, perhaps, who has had experience with these sites and our opinion about them is wrong?
Many thanks for any information that might help.
PS Interested in the possibility of opening a company only abroad. There are many reasons for this and there is no point in going into details here.

Good day! The time of offshore for normal businesses and start-ups has passed. The screws are being tightened in all countries, contractors and investors stay away from projects that are structured with the participation of offshore jurisdictions. It is unrealistic to open an account for them, if only in the payment system. The most recent installations we have installed for clients are Hong Kong, Singapore, Estonia, UK and Hungary. Hungary is especially interesting, there is an IP Box tax regime. Look at these jurisdictions, they are not cheap, but safe and understandable for contractors and investors.

Hello. Recently, there was a post on VC about how to open a company and an account in the USA REMOTELY in 2 weeks and $500 (the process was completely described there with all the links and a checklist). But it was later removed, so there is no link.
My advice is to check the official (government) portals of the USA, there you will find information on how to open an LLC (LLC) there and what docks you will need.

Hello, maybe I can help open a company in England... but you need to understand what kind of business you have! If you have 500,000 pounds, it is very easy to open a company in England ... if not, then it is already more difficult. Write if interested!
By the way, I have a sales manager friend in England - he can come to you if you really want to ;-)

Of course available. There are two services Clerky and Gust that do this, moreover, Clerky is a fairly respected and solid service with recommendations from Y Combinator, there are all standard documents, there is even a bank account opening. In general, the only and quite normal option, for a small check. The rest of the "super professional immigrant lawyers" - go to the firebox. Moreover, for the most part, they take documents from them, multiply the price tag by 10 and pay the mortgage at your expense.
