Can files be stored on the company's servers?

Good afternoon
We use Linux in our work and wrote ansible playbooks to install programs.
The problem is that installations by type: download file / unzip - can take > hours.
If we store the necessary files with us, then the installation takes minutes.
The question is, can I, from a licensing point of view, store files (unchanged) on the company's servers?
