IP in Belarus work remotely for a Russian company?
Hello. A good variant of remote work turned up for a Russian company. I am a citizen of the Republic of Belarus. The company wants me to register an IP to work with them. Does anyone have experience with the above scheme? I will be glad to any councils and the description of personal experience.

Without going into too much detail, the algorithm will be something like the following. You open an individual entrepreneur, choose a simplified taxation system, open bank accounts in Belarusian and Russian rubles, and also conclude an agreement on a salary project (a salary project is needed in order to have a bank card from which you can withdraw cash).
Then you conclude an agreement with the company for a year or two or three, after which it transfers Russian rubles to your account every month, two or three, and you issue an act of completion for each payment, which you and they sign.
Then we exchange Russian rubles for Belarusian ones and withdraw them to a salary card. At the same time, upon receipt of Russian rubles, the bank may ask for an agreement or other document on the basis of which the money came, here you will need your concluded agreement and a signed act.
And do not forget to pay a tax every quarter of 5% of the total amount that came to the account for the quarter, once a year the Social Security Fund 35% of the min salary, now it is about 1200 rubles per year. And plus for each transfer to the card there will be approximately 1% commission
pay an accountant,
in my opinion, outsourcing is everywhere Ipshniki,
but Belarus has its own way, one control over Vembans is worth something,
so it’s better to ask a local practitioner
Does a Russian company want you to register an IP in Belarus? Very strange. Check with them what this status affects.
For a Russian company, you are a foreign citizen working outside the Russian Federation. IP or not, it doesn't matter.
Or are we talking about IP in the Russian Federation?
