How much do remote system services cost. admin?

Dear specialists, we need your help with determining the approximate price for approximate services :) . In general, the essence is to be additional hands for a small business (Moscow). In order not to be unfounded, I will provide a quote from the employer.

I need a remote sysadmin. But who will understand all the tools. CRM, telephony, all sorts of auxiliary services. Plus, perhaps a marketing project, but it’s a little more difficult
. I think that while 2-5 hours a week, there are practically no urgent things, you can do everything at a convenient time, but within 10-20 hours from the moment the task was set, this is with regard to technical specialist. For the money, HZ, it’s most convenient for me to work by the hour, well, or you can come up with a subscriber

I think such proposals are not new when you need to be a juggler and be able to operate in different topics. But how to form prices for this - I can’t even imagine. I ask for your help to understand.

Well, in general, there is nothing special written here. Most shiv admins will manage at one level or another. How much is the RFP of such a Shiva now? I think about 80, well, let 100 be a beautiful number.
Let there be 4 slaves. weeks in a month, 40 hours a day. 160 in the end, right?
Roughly 625 rubles per hour comes out.
Well, that is, at least 1000 rubles, I think it makes sense to ask. This is the bare minimum.
But 2-5 hours a week is somehow ... Suggests that the client will calculate the working time according to his standards and you will not agree with them.
And so - go to some upwork and see the prices. Local admin, of course, costs more.

If you don’t have to go to the customer for most tasks, then it seems to me that $ 15-20 per hour for Moscow will be a normal rate. Although, one must understand that all this depends very much on qualifications, and the tasks are still very vague.

From experience, the rate is significantly more profitable for the employer (with widespread dumping of students, etc.), hourly pay for the administrator (here, as it was rightly noted above, everything depends on the range of tasks and the experience of the employee).
Forget about 2-5 hours - there will be much more. In the absence of a full-time admin, sooner or later there will be urgent things and problems that will take a lot of time to solve.
A normal visiting admin in Moscow starts from 40-50, but you still need to find one - most of the lower price range is occupied by you know who. And this, of course, if IT is not the main source of income for the company.

Just like the one who comes. In the middle zone of the Russian Federation, approximately 40-50 zp. a good administrator. If you don't push too hard, it'll be a little cheaper.
Arrange better with the local, who can always come to the office.
