Internet explorer how to solve align items baseline issue?

I did everything for modern browsers, I thought that the 2013 explorer is not needed if there is ms edge, but clients still need it. Here is the site, in the header on the right, where there is a little man, an asterisk and a bag.

The host is paid, but the domain is technical, so there are no viruses if the browser suddenly says that the link is suspicious.
On all browsers as it should, on the explorer it is not set. I tried to make align items center, but then it's worse on others, as with adaptive extra troubles, I think other browsers are still a priority. What to think?
