Please tell me a bank with an online account where you can instantly create Visa Virtual cards, preferably with a limited balance.
Perfectly done in Alfa-Click, but there are Mastercard cards. It will be great if the same thing, but with Visa.
At the moment I use the poor Sberbank, but there the creation of a card is only by phone, and this is quite tedious.
