Intermittent error 500 on DLE site?

Hi everyone, I've been getting a 500 error on the site lately. 2 site on VDS if a 500 error occurs, I refresh the page and everything loads fine. What could be causing this? Maybe something needs to be reconfigured in the httpd config? The information that I found in Google does not fit, they write either an error in htaccess or access rights need to be given to scripts. Everything worked fine, nothing was particularly corrected, and then suddenly this began. I suspect that something needs to be changed in the server config. What tell me?
