Intermediary bank in oDesk when withdrawing to an Alfa Bank card?

Hey!
I'm trying to set up a wire transfer to my Alpha card account.
But for some reason, oDesk does not offer to enter the data of the intermediary bank in the settings, although, apparently, they are mandatory for Alpha.
I enter swift ALFARUMM, the bank is determined automatically correctly.
Has anyone come across this before?

What intermediary bank are we talking about?
Enter the swift, enter the account number and you're done, why do you need an intermediary bank then?
