Unfortunately, your account has been permanently suspended as we are not able to verify your identity.

If you have active contracts with a client or pending funds, those are being canceled as you may no longer use Upwork.

You create a topic on reddit, in which you describe all your experience with the exchange, for example

I have been working since 2010, I have a rating of 4.9, I am Top Rated, and they are so bad - they banned an honest hard worker for nothing.

Under each exchange review, wherever the #UpWork tag pops up, you scribble approximately the same text, emphasizing that you were banned for nothing, after many years of working with them. They just sent you, you lost clients and money.
Purely theoretically, if you have shown due perseverance in spreading your story, their PR department will sooner or later pay attention to your moaning and the exchange will either provide you with a clear, motivated answer about the reason for the block or remove the ban. How long it will take, I don't know. What are the chances of success - too
If you are tormented by resentment and anger, then the method I have described is well suited to let off steam. However, if you just want to earn money, then go to fiverr.com, for example.
