Intel SSD + AMD AHCI = hate?

Hello!

I have a problem: a computer with windows 7 x64 periodically exits hibernation straight into a BSOD. Error related to memory pages, something like KERNEL_PAGE_FAULT. I was already reconciled, but today there was a new behavior. Windows refused to boot, citing the inability to read something from the disk, although after the reboot everything started up normally. Thus, I began to sin on the disk, or rather not on the disk, but on the chipset. Maybe someone has experienced something similar and knows how to fix it?

Disk Intel X25-M G2 160 Gb. Motherboard - Asus crosshair formula IV.

All SSD analysis tools show that there are no problems with the disk.
All motherboard drivers are up to date.

Machines with SSD on some controllers are not recommended to be put into sleep mode, it simply will not wake up from hibernation. A counter question: did the manufacturer of the disk make notes about hibernation?
