Intel Nuc or Mac Mini?

Hello.
It is worth choosing a miniature computer. Main tasks: Photoshop, Illustrator, work with office software, mail. Perhaps some of the simplest games (roughly speaking, Dota 2).
I choose between Apple Mac mini 2015 (i5 2.6GHz, 8GB and 1TB disk (regular)) and Intel Nuc (i7 3.1GHz, 16GB RAM and 256GB SSD). Cost-wise, both options are equal.
What can you advise? On a stationary PC (Windows), Photoshop CC is now steadily eating up 4.5GB of RAM.

If you master Mac OC, then even with no weaker hardware, real labor productivity will be higher. Yes, and the nerves will be safer. Without the desire to master a new OS, it is better to stay on the familiar one. Good luck.
