Do you really need a DVD? In my opinion, this is already a relic.
The power supply should be looked for more authoritatively.

recommend you start or basic. Better on a motherboard with a B450 chipset.

If the operating system will be on ssd, then take it at least 240, so 120 will not be enough for a long time.

The processor has a good overclocking potential, but with such a mother and memory you will not drive it. And the cooler will be noisy :)
RX 570, I hope it's used.
Do you really need a DVD, I've been without it for 10 years, and the flight is normal.
