Installing new SSD and RAM on Macbook Pro?

Hello! I own a Macbook Pro 13 "2012, i5, 4 operative, hdd 500 gb. I bought it to work in xcode and others like it, but I think about running the code for a long time. I ask for advice from personal experience, which RAM bars to install (I heard that they set 16 and that's it works well) and which SSD (I tend to Samsung)?

Macbook Pro 15 "2012 Mid
Installed 16 GB with two Crucial
SSD OCZ Vertex 4 240 GB dies, and rearranged the native HDD in optibay. Set up FusionDisk
It has been working for the fifth year :)
If Samsung SSD is not a problem to take, take it from the series with a red square :) Evo Pro if I'm not mistaken
