Why does the PC come out of hibernation almost immediately after turning it on?

PC based on Asus Z97I-PLUS, Win8.1.
After going into hibernation after a few seconds, it turns back on. This is clearly due to Wake on LAN, because with the RJ-45 removed, the problem does not appear.
I looked in the BIOS for a setting but couldn't find it. In the APM settings there is an item about PCIE, but it is Disabled, and in any case I use the built-in network card.
What to do?

Uncheck "Allow this device to wake the computer from standby" in the controller properties.

I would like to supplement the answer of the previous comrade, in the properties of the network card, you need to check the box to allow the output only by the magic package. Then, in which case, the computer can be turned on by wake on lan, but it will not wake up from hibernation due to a crazy packet over the network.
