How to fix Asus R9 390x STRIX graphics card overheating?

Recently, even in simple games, the temperature began to reach 95+- degrees, although before that it was 60, maximum 75. Changing the thermal paste did not solve the problem, coolers accelerate when the temperature rises. What other problems could there be?

For example, a bad PC case. Or there is not enough space around the system unit - perhaps you have nowhere for hot air to go.

Why lies? Is this body designed for this position? Try to put.

To begin with, I would put 2 fans for blowing in front of the video card and blowing out after it, because regular coolers usually drive air towards the video card itself, there is no heat removal, and there is probably not enough cold air nearby, so it is desirable to organize the supply of cold air and the removal of hot.
