Installing arduino drivers?

I bought an arduino kit, I download arduino ide, I connect arduino to a laptop. I'm trying to update the drivers through the device manager, specifying the path to the folder with the drivers (in my case "C:\Users\sound\Downloads\arduino-1.8.15-windows\arduino-1.8.15\drivers") but the system does not find the driver. Does anyone know where I can download drivers for arduino? This is my first time using it, newbie.
My arduino: Arduino UNO R3

you bought a cheap kit from alik with a Chinese arduino most likely there is ch340 search in google for the first links there are drivers for it
