Maybe, but the torque will be negligible and meaningless.
You need 100 revolutions, take a regular commutator motor with a gearbox and it's done.
I didn’t smoke the datasheet on the LB11880, that’s for yourself :)

vector control with appropriate driver. it is expensive, it is difficult to program, it is not applicable for crafts.
microchip will not work.
