And yet, how to write an article with little (but very positive) karma?

For the first time, I was going to publish an article and fell into a stupor a little. My karma is +2, I can’t write anywhere at all? I can’t go to the sandbox, I can’t go to drafts, I can’t go to blogs. Can you tell me how to be?

An article about a controlled webcam. Banality, but see the implementation yourself. The broadcast is usually at home at night and at work during the day, but not around the clock. The address of the web muzzle is here www.g0l.ru/test/serva/

Only here is a request - do not pull the camera all at once :-)

Ahh, people, thank you, of course. But that's enough, already +6 karma.

I'm in the same situation, the article is ready, they gave an invite, but it's impossible to publish it (karma is positive, but less than 5).
Digging through the wilds of habr, I found this topic: Summer update . According to him, all personal blogs that could be posted with karma from 0 to 5 have been abolished.
Theoretically, you can publish a post in the following ways:
karma. To write to this blog, karma must be at least 5. Judging by the comments of the comrades earlier, when posting in the dropdown, there was an item “Blog them. username" is gone now. Moreover, in any of the blogs it is impossible to publish a post even as a draft or view it in preview.
2. You can ask someone with karma >5 to publish your article with a link to you. But this is against the rules according to the Inner Voice blog - "Published someone else's post - lost account."
3. You can write to this topic: Karma credit . But this will essentially be a request to increase karma, which is also prohibited by the rules.
Those. in fact, in order for a newbie to publish a post, he needs to raise his karma to 5. And honestly, you can raise it either with comments or posts in Q&A. A slightly paradoxical situation is obtained. Despite the fact that the rules do not explain this (as well as it is not indicated that a ban is put on someone else's post).
I hope that this situation arose only because many active old-timers simply could not see the problems of newcomers because karma > 5). And the newcomers, in turn, could not convey this information to the old-timers. I also hope that not necessarily changes to the current rules, but at least a correct presentation in the appropriate section "Rules" . For I had to tinker pretty hard to collect information from different posts into one whole.

To be honest, it’s not convenient to start asking for karma here, but apparently I don’t have a choice.
I wrote an article about hacking Kindle 3 (using its 3G connection on a laptop), I can't publish it.
I will be grateful for help.

Laconic answer: +5 karma is the new zero.

A counter question - how can I determine that the others have already stopped pulling the webcam?
Write to your personal blog, ask someone to promote it on Twitter or somewhere else - just give a link. When the karma is raised, you will transfer it. In drafts, by the way, you can write. Unless something has changed recently.

Can I have some karma too? I want to write an article about a home accounting management system of my own design. Lacks 1, now +4.
Thanks.

Habrovchan, hello. I want to publish an article about my personal 3-year experience of using unit testing, but, as you understand, karma is not enough. For answers in Q&A, the rating comes up, but karma is unlikely to rise. If anyone is ready to help, I will give a link to the article (I wrote it 5 minutes ago, I have not published it anywhere yet)

Damn, I wanted to share the good news that there will be a free version of CryENGINE3, I typed the text, but it turns out the karma should be 5 :(
Do I understand correctly that with my karma there is no way to publish a post?
