Transmit HDMI over Wireless with Arduino/Rapsberry Pi?

Hello, is it possible to assemble such a device on a self-powered Arduino/Rapsberry Pi to transmit an HDMI signal (video from a camera to a monitor)?

Hardly on Arduino or Rasperi (you need a capture card), you need something specialized.
But in principle, you can buy something like that for raspberries.
