Installing a new 1C platform through GPO. Where to dig?

Good afternoon.
Created a policy to install the Platform 8.3.12.1440
I take a test computer. It does not have 1C at all. I restart the computer - Platform 8.3.12.1440 is installed.
I take a test computer on it stands the Platform 8.3.11.3112. I restart the computer - no result.
The computer is the same. From the beginning I try to install without 1C, then with 1C.
If you put your hands "over" 8.3.11.3112, then everything is fine.

I feel somewhere I missed something =) Some kind of config or something to fix ... I can’t find something about this on the network.
Help solve the problem.
If you need more information, I can provide.
Thanks!!!!!

@Cr3w

I put through a batch file.
set INSTALL_FROM=\\domain.local\NETLOGON\AutoInstall\1C
set NEW_PLATFORM=8.3.10.2580
set TEST_FILE_NAME=%WINDIR%\1C_Platform_%NEW_PLATFORM%.anchor
if exist %TEST_FILE_NAME% (exit 0)
%INSTALL_FROM%\1C_%NEW_PLATFORM% _Platform\Setup.exe /S /l:RU DESIGNERALLCLIENTS=1 THINCLIENT=1 THINCLIENTFILE=1 WEBSERVEREXT=0 SERVER=0 CONFREPOSSERVER=0 CONVERTER77=0 SERVERCLIENT=0 LANGUAGES=RU && echo 1 > %TEST_FILE_NAME%
