Comparing two prices in OpenCart for the same customer group?

Typical exchange 1C with the site. Price types are uploaded to OpenCart. The Retail price type is the default for loading in OpenCart and there is a Default price type with a different price from the Retail price. It is loaded in the Promotions. If the price on the 1C side for this type of price is not set, then it is loaded in OpenCart as zero. Is it possible to somehow compare two types of prices on the OpenCart side, and if Default = 0 or Default = Retail, then do not load this price? Or is it possible somehow on the 1C side not to unload these prices?
