How to upload goods from 1c to the site without parent product groups?

Hello!
I do not finish it myself, I decided to consult with the community.
I am creating an online store. The following structure of the product catalog was agreed: Household and Trade. Everything. No more groups. Neither child nor parent. They contain domestic and commercial refrigerators, respectively.
What I want:

Торговые
    ХМ 4008-022
    GA-B409 SEQA
    GA-B409 SVQA
    .......
Бытовые
    BIA 18
    ST 167
    SB 167
    ........

The problem began when they began to bring the goods in 1s.
Regular 1s-nick insists that in the groups " Household " and " Trading " there are child groups by manufacturers . In the groups with the name of the manufacturer, in turn, there were groups of series of refrigerators.
What does 1s-nick offer:
Торговые
    Atlant
        40-я серия
            ХМ 4008-022
            GA-B409 SEQA
            ......
        50-я серия
            GA-B409 SVQA
            GB-B505 EAA
            ......
        60-я серия
        ......
    .......
Бытовые
    Производитель
        Серия
            Название холодильника
            Название холодильника
            ........
        .......
    ........

He argues that if you dump all household or commercial refrigerators into one folder, then it will be impossible to maintain it later and the accountants will simply go crazy.
I don't like this directory structure.
Of course, you can wind up crutches, buy a more expensive server, and you won't know what to eat.
But then I will start having problems with the support of the site.
What solutions do I see.
1. Well, ideally, I would like to know how to make sure that only Goods from the Trade and Household categories are unloaded.
2.If the first is impossible in 1s in principle, then you are interested in whether it is possible for accountants to sort goods in 1s by labels, for example? Or maybe in 1s there is a system of symlinks for goods? Yes, how do you choose the pieces they need? I myself have never been an accountant and can hardly imagine it.
In short, if you dump all the goods in the category of the first level, then how then to provide convenient navigation for those who work directly in 1s (Bukh.).
3. Maybe you {Username} have more knowledge and want to suggest a better option?

If you have access to the query selection for the site, then let 1Snik modify it in such a way as to get the selection you need for any directory hierarchy. I would probably use arbitrary add. properties of the nomenclature, so as not to depend on the hierarchy at all

The structure of the trade nomenclature, for good, should be determined by salespeople - they need to quickly find the product in the directory. Accountants, 1s-nicknames, developers of online stores, etc. maximum, they can express their wishes. In addition, the requirements for the structure of goods on the site have their own specifics.
The best option has already been suggested above - additional properties in the nomenclature, filtering by fullness when unloading and building a separate hierarchy for these additional properties in the online store.

Solution on the 1C side:
1) Teach accountants to use the filter by additional properties and use additional properties instead of folders (because "Atlant" and "40th series" are clearly product characteristics and "maybe the accountants will want 20 more calculations" - this is necessary stop). We need administrative leverage;
2) When unloading, change the code or conversion rules to unload the root folder (in a loop, iterate over the parents until the parent is an empty link). Only the necessary data will be uploaded immediately.;
Solution on the CMS side: If you just need a product back to 1C and it doesn’t matter what folder it is in, then when you receive data, analyze the folder tree and replace the folder for the product. Work instead of 1s nickname, extra data upon receipt, but will work with any other database.
