What is the program to synchronize 2 computers?

There are two computers - desktop and laptop. There is a stupid habit of storing some of the information on the desktop in folders, and when I complete the project, I shift it to another folder. There are 3-4 more such folders that I work with (a structured directory).
Please tell me the solution when I just specify which folders to synchronize, and not drag everything into one folder.
