How to make a simple synchronization of files on several computers?

The task is one master computer on which text files are uploaded and they need to be synchronized, that is, copied to local disks of neighboring computers.
Tried
1) OwnCloude installed on a virtual machine from bitnami, with a large number of files it starts to fail, there are always some updates to the client and server software, which is very disturbing
2) Bittorrent Sync starts synchronization with a long delay at will
Just sharing the folder is not suitable, since a copy of all the files must be on the local computer.
Advise that the thread is simpler for my task, you can even just a program that will monitor the shared folder and download from it if something is updated or deleted if the file was deleted on the master computer.
