Data synchronization

How to synchronize folders on different computers?

I have a folder on my work computer. Same folder at home. We need a simple stray for auto-synchronization without unnecessary gestures. And if I add / delete / change files on one device, it should also automatically happen on the other. Do not offer dropbox :)

Seafile or OwnCloud. But, as you understand, this will require an always-on server (at home or at work or somewhere else). But if he is at home, you are in complete control of everything.
Tried both Seafile and Owncloud, both are fine. True, I noticed a very inconvenient thing with Seafile: for example, you indicated in its settings that it is "seafile.home.local" (well, or whatever you call it at home). And if you go to it by ip, then uploading a new file will not work. Those. or you initially configure it as "192.168.88.110" and work with it from everywhere, or forward the VPN to home DNS too. In this sense, Dropbox stupidly works - it doesn't care how you access it - by forwarding from the external ip of your router (ip 1.2.3.4), by local ("192.168.88.110") or by name (dropbox.home.local).

FreeFileSync is not that. There is no connection of devices either physically or locally. You need a type of cloud solution, but without intermediate saving of files somewhere there. The cloud should only commit changes.
