Trouble syncing Google Drive and now Google Chrome

Given: PC-home, laptop-home, PC-work, iPad Mini, iPhone. All devices have Google Drive and Google Chrome.

First, about the problems with the first.
Periodically (every day) on the PC and laptop, authorization flies, you have to log in again or, it happened, completely reinstall the disk. There is a suspicion that this started after changing the password from the account. Tried to demolish everything from everywhere and put from scratch. Did not help.

And now about the problem with Chrome. I really like the synchronization of bookmarks, history, passwords and other things, but yesterday it started to fail! Firstly, in the end I can’t find my browsing history for yesterday. Secondly, there is such a situation as in the picture, there is a login, but no password:

Try digging into the Dashboard .
I would try this:
1) clear the password storage (having previously written out the current ones),
2) disable access for buggy applications from the dashboard,
3) demolish these applications,
4) install chrome and configure its connection with the account, recovering the necessary passwords along the way,
5) install remote apps
