What is meant by "synchronization"? Contacts?
You can create a second account in the settings and synchronize it.

I'm afraid that there is no ready-made and beautiful solution.
As an option, backup TitaniumBackup - synchronize with GDrive / Dropbox / etc - restore settings.

This was partially resolved in Android 4.2, because profiles appeared there. You can try custom firmware 4.1, there are profiles there (for example, CyanogenMod), but not as it is implemented in 4.2.
