Images are not displayed in GMAIL. Why?

From 04/21/2015 there was a problem with displaying pictures (photos, icons, logos, attachments in the form of pictures) on the GMAIL service.
Appears on 4-5 GAPPS accounts, there are reports that attachments are not downloaded on some @gmail.com accounts.

Has anyone encountered a similar problem?
Maybe Roskomnador blocked another gmail.com service?

From 21.04 there was the same problem (Rostelecom). 22.04 around 11.30 everything worked.

There is a possibility that something is cutting adbloc or the built-in anti-baner in the antivirus, + there may be an infected router with left dns that do not resolve some addresses.

TL;DR: Rostelecom is to blame, which blocked one or more domains (most likely something from *.googleusercontent.com). Already noticed this problem.
Blocking at Rostelecom works as follows:
- requests to http-sites that are blocked are analyzed, and when entering a blocked page, a redirect is inserted in parallel. Read more in this article on the fly
- requests to https sites (and Googlemail only works on https ) are blocked by domain name (apparently, using SNI). Those. if the domain contains one blocked page, the entire Google domain flies into the ban.
Since gmail uses *.googleusercontent.com domains in its mail to display pictures and issue attached files, and Rostelecom suddenly blocked them, the files will not be downloaded without dancing with a tambourine.
I was contacted by friends with such a problem, because of this I had to show them the tor browser.
