How to unload products from 1C dt file in WooCommerce at a time?

There is a 1C version 8 dt file, with which plugin you can upload products from this file to WooCommerce, I tried Integration with 1C and iMega Teleport, but as I understand it, they only support streaming upload from 1C itself, but unfortunately I don’t have access to 1C itself

Well, take and load your *.dt file into an empty database, and then work.
Now your question is equivalent to wanting to run SQL queries on the *.bak file of the skeletal archive.
