Where can I find out the cost of implementing "1C: Trade Management"?

I understand that the question is in the wrong place, but I do not know where else to ask. I apologize in advance.
A friend wants to implement "1C: Trade Management" for subsequent integration with an online store.
I turned to a local specialist (Moscow region), who drew up a work plan. Help assess the correctness of prices or tell me where it can be found.
The store has several thousand items. There is a database, but it was compiled by different people, so different products may have one article - you will have to check. There don't seem to be any other complications.
Here you can see the completed work plan with rates: 1drv.ms/1m0ypqT

I'm a little on a related topic, but 20 days to form balances and 10 days to exchange is a lot.
Moreover, the exchange is a regular procedure and is configured in half an hour. And the initial balances and directories are just a few generated reports.
Well, in general, there is not enough input from you. If this is still 1 point, then you can safely half it.
Connecting equipment 3 days!!! Is the rocket hooked up?

In fact, you have two questions:
1) Is the price of an hour for the implementation of 1C normal (something around 120 thousand per month)?
2) Are the labor costs calculated correctly (46 days ~ 2 months)?
The answer to the first question depends on the salaries in your region, the availability of those who want to do this work, and less money and the reputation of the one who set this price for you. Let's say, in my city (not Moscow), for only one pre-project survey + basic training (at the level of the most primitive operations) the franchisee firms will cost a little bit cheaper than the project cost indicated by you.
To answer the second one, there is little input data (for example: was there 1C before, if it was, then what version / configuration,).
Solution: pay the current contractor the cost of an express examination, at the end you should ideally receive a TOR and a work plan. Then contact another contractor and pay for the express examination to him as well. Compare and draw conclusions.
