What if there are 2 partitions on 2 disks with the letters C and D and the names Disk C / D,This doesn't happen. Sections have no letter or title, only size.
PARTUUID / UUID partitions will be different anyway. Assign letters to unknown partitions from free ones.
The database of known keys is stored in the registry keyHKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\MountedDevices
