Can a screw burn out because of a video card?

Good afternoon, a strange question, but who knows?
In general, there is a video card which is 5 years old, lay without work for a long time. I bought a new computer and put this video into the old one, installed Windows, the flight was normal for 3 days and then the winchak flew, it is not visible in the BIOS.
I moved the video to the third computer, 3 days and again the problem, only here most likely with ssd. I have not yet been able to check whether the BIOS sees it, but the error may be related to the breakdown of the Winchak.
Question to those who know, can a video card do such miracles?

Just burn the disc like this - no.
But SSDs do not like unstable power, and in the event of a sudden power failure, the firmware can crash.
And the video card is able to squander the power line.

@opium

there may be power problems, after sticking the vidyuhi, check at least with a multimeter what it gives out in the power supply to the screw
