Input cursor anywhere in the browser window?

I recently discovered such a bug in browsers in Win10: when you click anywhere in the document, a blinking cursor appears in the browser, as in an input. Has anyone experienced this? It does not affect the work, but it looks strange. Screenshot attached.

Apparently you pressed the F7 key in Microsoft Edge.
Press this key again to disable.
