How to return the cursor in adaptive mode?

The cursor disappears in adaptive mode (I'm looking for elements at a guess). Wrote in a bug report to Chrome half a year ago, zero response. In opera, the same thing, I suspect that this is related to WebKit'om. With Yandex.Browser and Mozilla, there are no problems. Windows integrity looked, chromium rearranged 3 times. Windows 10 x64 (latest build and all updates). What are the suggestions?

All of a sudden, the adaptive mode stopped working for me, I did a complete reset of the browser - it all worked. I sin on Yandex elements.
