How to determine the true IP of a user with Opera VPN?

A user with Opera VPN often visits my site. Usually starts with 77.111.XXX.XX. I read that there is a way to bypass this VPN in some way, supposedly there is a vulnerability there. Is it possible for me to find out the real IP of this user thanks to this?

If WebRTC is enabled in the browser, then you can determine the real IP address through it. There are also analytics systems that monitor users and can not only determine the IP address, but even mail with a phone.
