Inkjet MFP for home for 3-6 tr?

Tasks:
* Print / scan / copy pages with text (5-20 pages per week)
* Print ordinary photos in acceptable quality (rarely)
Requirements:
* Price around 3-6 tr.
* Acceptable noise level
* Ability to connect CISS
* Affordable consumables
I'm going to put this MFP in a cabinet and connect via WiFi (or ethernet) to the router. There is no great desire to mess with CISS, but it may appear a little later.
Here are the models I'm looking at, but I can not choose.
HP Photosmart 5510
Canon PIXMA MG5240
Epson Stylus Office BX305F
Brother DCP-J315W

I read reviews, while I'm leaning towards the Brother DCP-J315W, they write that the head is tenacious, but printing is slow. He is for 1000. more expensive than the HP Photosmart 5510.

I thought like you. I took Epson TX410 , installed CISS. But it turned out that I don’t print so much - the head dried up. Washed off, then dried again. I don't know, maybe the paint was bad, maybe I'm clumsy. Now I understand that it was necessary to take a laser.
