In what software can you practice working with stm32?
I want to learn how to develop circuits and write software for stm32, but there is no physical equipment. What software can fully emulate the board so that you can train?

This is all masturbation, but here is an excellent debugging board for ridiculous money, with stlink2 in the kit (separate, not cut-off like on the native nucleo), plus cp2102 on board, you can work with UART, and with two quartz (8 MHz and clock) .
