How to write a list of RFID tags to the reader?

Good afternoon. I am collecting some elements of a smart home, the goal is to make an alarm on the front door, but so that it does not work when the owners enter. The option I see here is to wear a tag with rfid keys. To read tags, use this
ru.aliexpress.com/item/EM-ID-RFID-Embedded-Door-Ac...
But considering that I will use this for the first time, there are the following questions:
1. With this device, if rfid the tag or card is in your pocket, it will also be read, because it says up to 15 meters?
2. The device is sold without tags. As far as I know, each label contains a unique code, so how can I fill this code into this reader? Or should there be a list of codes in the device documentation that need to be sewn into labels?
Thank you in advance.

1. yes. Although I would not count on 15 meters. And even on 1 - it is very doubtful. at least not in domestic conditions and not with a passive label. It is much more likely that you will have to bring the label to the reader (i.e. centimeters). Most likely there is a typo and the letter "s" is missing. Those. read 1-15cm.
2. but ask the seller this. either some kind of program, or a separate configuration mode, in which all labels brought up are recorded in the allowed ones. The Chinese are so Chinese....

This is a controller with an em marine type card reader. You cling as in the diagram. When you turn it on for the first time, you register the master key fob. Then, with the help of the master, you drive the rest of the key rings. And further. A passive tag reader with a range of 15 meters should cost at least 50 times more. Yes, and it is small for a long-distance truck.
