Are there any good AVR assembler guides?
I found only dry and difficultly written documentation, it is extremely difficult to learn anything from it. Google didn't help.

So far, the best I have found is the series of articles "AVR. Training Course" on easyelectronics.ru
If you are just learning microcontrollers, I advise you to throw out this junk and take something more powerful, modern and inexpensive. Though the same STM32.
I can recommend the following books:
"AVR microcontrollers from Atmel",
"AVR microcontrollers. From simple to complex",
but first of all, you should familiarize yourself with "Development of devices on AVR microcontrollers".
There is.
Built-in:
https://nodejs.org/api/readline.html
https://nodejs.org/api/repl.html
And based on them, there are probably a bunch of ready-made modules.
Well, as mentioned above, no one bothers to work directly with stdio
